Journey Map:

·         Sees the poster with the brand/logo/Facebook page

·         Checks out the Facebook page, likes page, shares page with friends

·         Looks at products, makes an order. Also sees the workshop/store to make their own items.

·         Someone sees them wearing it/or is seen in their home, gets ‘word of mouth’ about the brand/Facebook page/workshop/store.

·         They then check it out for themselves: likes page, shares page with friends, checks out the store.

·         More people to check out the page = higher potential for people to order and support the children and family of children with cancer.

·         More people to know about the store = Higher potential for sales and gifts to the children with cancer.
