Breif Change #2

This week I have been advised to go back to my original beading and jewellery making idea. This is due to having too many activities to develop and generate in the last few weeks I have. Within saying that, I am still keeping the door-to-door service idea and some of the key values I outlined in my brief about 3 weeks ago.
Things we're missing out on due to this change:
"Providing fun exciting and different activities for any occasion"
-No longer doing different activities
-Loosing market interest, and moving into the normality (things that are already out there)

"Not gender specific so that no child is left out. Options are all gender neutral"
-No longer gender neutral, mainly girls at ages 6-12 are going to want to do beading and jewellery. -Loosing market interest, boys are left out at a party

I could keep the name "The Activity Chest", however I feel that it no longer works since I've taken away the activities. I want the name to be exciting and 'pop', as well as link to jewellery/beads/handcraft/children. This is a lot to ask for!

With a much needed sit down and rethink of what on earth I'm doing, I came up with a plan.
So, including some of the information from my previous brief, here's what I'm planning to do now:

I have chosen to call my business Ta Da!. Not only it looks and sounds fun, but also because kids often say it when they have done or made something they're proud of. The name has been used for multiple things world wide, however nothing like what my business does.

What is it?
Ta-Da!
